Hylyfe Group was founded by Robert and Sam in 2019 with a specific view to own, develop and operate high-quality Build-to-Rent communities, at scale, in locations of high demand in key growth cities and regions throughout England.

The Hylyfe executive team has over 100 years' combined experience and have extensive networks throughout the UK real estate market in each key phase of the BTR life-cycle. An early entrant into the meteoric UK PBSA sector, we have delivered, operated and successfully exited over 7,500 PBSA units. Today the Hylyfe Group is recognised as a leading brand in the emerging UK residential 'Living' sector.

The key to our success is our experience within the living sectors and our unique position as developer, contractor, asset manager and operator.

This distinctive level of involvement throughout the early stages of design and construction, which are handled by our separate specialist construction companies, produces a far superior product than if it were built by third party contractors. Developing our schemes in this vertically integrated way ensures our dedication to not only the quality of the product but also how it is maintained going forward. We want our product to look as good in 10 years' time as it does today.

Monk Estates and Monkfish Construction handle all aspects of planning, development and construction on behalf of Hylyfe. Once completed, the new buildings are handed over to Hylyfe for us to manage and maintain going forward.
